E-Gift Card Terms and Conditions

1. These Terms and Conditions apply to use of all Barista Bar e-gift cards.

These terms and conditions tell you about the legal terms and conditions which apply to your purchase and use of digital Barista Bar gift cards.

Purchase and/or use of a Barista Bar e-gift Card will constitute acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using your e-gift card.

2. These gift card terms apply to e-gift cards purchased online through the Barista Bar website (shop.mybaristabar.com).

3. Barista Bar reserves the right to update and change the terms and conditions of Barista Bar e-gift cards at any time. This does not affect your legal rights. Use of your Barista Bar e-gift card constitutes acceptance of our Terms and Conditions, and we therefore recommend you read them carefully. It is your responsibility to check these gift card terms from time to time to ensure you are aware of any changes which may have been made. Barista Bar e-gift cards remain the property of Barista Bar who maintains the right to cancel the e-gift card in its sole discretion in situations where it is deemed necessary to do so (such as to comply with applicable laws or as a result of circumstances beyond its control).

4. The value of your Barista Bar e-gift card can be redeemed online at Barista Bar website (shop.mybaristabar.com) only.

A Barista Bar e-gift card purchased at shop.mybaristabar.com shall have a redemption period of 24 months from the date of issue.

5. The e-gift card balance cannot be exchanged for cash or redeemed against the purchase of another card. Please note Barista Bar e-gift cards cannot be redeemed in-store at any of our Barista Bar stands including but not limited to SPAR, EUROSPAR, ViVO and ViVOXTRA.

6. The maximum amount that an individual e-gift card hold is £100.00; this limit cannot be exceeded by performing balance transfers. As e-gift cards are bought online are purchasable with specific denominations to choose from.

7. You perform Balance enquiries via our website (shop.mybaristabar.com) and by contacting customer services at hello@mybaristabar.com.


8. Your Barista Bar e-gift card is valid for a period of 24 months from the date of activation following which they expire automatically. Activation occurs from the date an e-gift has been purchased. A gift card cannot be used after the expiry date and any remaining balance will be removed and the card will become invalid and no longer available for use. We have no obligation to remind or inform you of a gift card’s expiry and it is your sole responsibility to ensure that any balance is used in full prior to expiry.

Your e-gift card expiry date can be found within the automated e-gift email. To query the expiry date of an e-gift card, contact hello@mybaristabar.com.

9. An e-gift Card expires automatically once its balance has been exhausted.

10. Gift Cards may be used to pay for the whole or any part of online order.

11. Only one gift card may be used per online order. To transfer the balances from multiple gift cards onto a single gift card, please contact our Customer Service team via hello@mybaristabar.com

Lost/ Stolen/ Damaged

12. You are solely responsible for the safe keeping and security of your e-gift card following delivery. In cases where your Barista Bar e-gift card is lost or stolen, Barista Bar is unable to replace or reimburse the remaining balance on a card. Barista Bar cannot be held responsible for the any balance lost on a Barista Bar e-gift card as a result of theft or fraud.

We can’t reimburse a lost/stolen e-card, but can we block it if lost and still has credit on it if they provide proof of purchase. If your e-gift card is lost or stolen, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@mybaristabar.com

Crediting a Barista Bar e-gift card

13. Should you wish to return your purchase, any goods paid for using an e-gift card that are subsequently returned for a refund will be issued on a new Barista Bar e-gift card or online voucher. For returns where part payment was taken from a gift card, the refund will be issued on a new Barista Bar e-gift card or online voucher.

14. If the total to be refunded is more than originally paid by Barista Bar e-gift card, then any remaining refund balance will be refunded to the other method of payment used by you (i.e. debit/credit card or cash).

Data Protection

15. Personal data relating to your purchase or use of a gift card will be used in accordance with current applicable data protection and privacy legislation and the our privacy policy which can be found at: https://shop.mybaristabar.com/policies/privacy-policy

When will my order be shipped? 

  • You will receive an email on receipt of your order being received. A 2nd email will be sent when your order is despatched. Your order will arrive with you within 3-5 working days of your order being despatched. 

How do I change or cancel my order? 

  • If you wish to amend or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after your order and we will be happy to discuss this with you. Please contact us here.

My order arrived damaged, what do I do? 

  • We’re sorry to hear your merchandise arrived in less than perfect condition. Please take photos of your items and packaging and get in touch with customer service, here.

I have received the wrong item in my order, what do I do?  

  • We’re sorry to hear you have received the wrong item. Please contact customer service and provide your order number and images of the incorrect item that has arrived. Please email your order number and images to hello@mybaristabar.com.

I am missing an item from my order, what do I do?  

  • Please check ‘my orders’ to ensure items have not been sent separately. If you are missing an item, please contact customer care within 30 days of placing your order. Please note you must state your order number for reference.


What payments do you accept?

  • We accept PayPal and most major card providers through Shopify Pay. These include; Amex, Mastercard, Visa and Union Pay. 

What currencies do you accept? 

  • Currently we accept payment in GBP sterling.

What size is the clothing?

We offer unisex clothing in a range of sizes from S to XXL. To find out more about our available sweatshirt sizes, please refer to the size guide below:

Sized for a loose relaxed fit.

Delivery Information

How much does delivery cost?

UK & Ireland (including Channel Islands)

  • £3.95 for Standard delivery in 2-3 business days from despatch
  • FREE on orders over £30   


How do I return my order? 

  • You can return items purchased if they have not been worn or tampered with. Unfortunately, we do not provide a free returns policy. Goods must be returned to us within 14 working days of delivery to you or notifying us of cancellation.

  • Please submit a return request via your account. Go to My Account and then select the order you wish to return. This will notify us of your return request.

  • Please retain proof of postage to provide proof to us that you have returned the goods in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel. We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit. 

When will I get my refund?

  • Please allow 5-7 working days from the time that we have confirmed a refund has been approved. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
